What grade levels do you support?
We accept tutor-match requests for Pre-K, kindergarten, elementary school, middle school, high school, college, and adult learners. Available subjects and tutors vary, so the match is confirmed after we review the inquiry.
Which subjects are available?
Lucent Labz offers math, science, reading, writing, and test preparation. You can describe a specific class, assignment, or exam in the inquiry form.
Are sessions online or in person?
Online and in-person sessions may be available. Format, scheduling, and any in-person details are confirmed after reviewing your request.
What happens after I submit the form?
We review the student’s needs and look for a suitable tutor. We then follow up about the proposed fit, availability, format, rates, and next steps. Submitting a request does not guarantee a tutor match or scheduling.
How are rates and payments handled?
Rates can vary by subject, grade level, tutor, and session format. Pricing and payment instructions are provided before the first confirmed session. Never submit card or bank information through the inquiry form.
How are tutors selected?
We consider the student’s subject, grade, goals, preferred format, availability, and the tutor’s relevant experience. Families receive the proposed match details before confirming tutoring.
